On the cusp of the 150s

Everything’s working great—I weighed in this morning at 162.6, putting me so close to the 150 range. The last time I’ve been this low was 18 years ago after the birth of my third child.

I’m excited to hit a new number, so I’ve started bumping up my work out to 45 minutes as of tonight. I no longer ride my bike to work because I miss my scooter. I love racing alongside the bay on those curvy roads far too much. So no more bike.

I’m sticking with my 310 Nutrition meal replacement shakes. Working at Cafe Bienville, surrounded by delicious food (handmade gelato!) is tough, but I bring my shake already mixed up for lunch.

When I start wanting to cheat I have my shake and am completely satisfied. Urge to splurge is purged :)

I’m beginning this new week on fire and inspired and my short term goal is to be 159 next time I weigh in. Until next check in… :)
