My name is Robin Wiesneth and I’m an artist and Children’s book author. I paint quirky yet realistic scenes of whimsy and charm and bring my art into imaginative and fun Children’s books. More than anything, I love to create art and books that makes people smile.
My work often features fanciful scenes like dogs flying toy rockets and life-like predators with cartoon prey. I work primarily with acrylics on canvas but sometimes explore mixed media compositions and paint on a variety of surfaces.
My large collection of paintings in the series I call “Tails of Imagination” inspired me to create the popular Children’s book series of the same name. Visit Tailsofimagination.com for more information about books in this series.
I share new ideas for paintings and books here on my blog and on .
