Easiest $35 Ever

We finally ordered Mr. Smith’s birthday present the other day.  He had wanted a new computer monitor to replace the old, $50 used from a pawn shop one that he has been using.

I remembered that I had some Swagbucks stored up, redeemable for Amazon gift cards, and I checked my balance.  Just like that I had $35 to spend on anything on Amazon.  Woot!

That inspired me to pay more attention to Swagbucks.  I had forgotten all about it and got my points thru searches and occasionally popping on to do the daily poll because they’re fun.  For that little effort we saved $35.  If only I’d been active with it all this time we could have paid for the whole thing thru Swagbucks.  Wonder how much I can have stocked up for next Christmas?
