Where I’ve Been

Just a quick update from one tired woman over here.  I wound up crashing hard and have been trying to recover for an entire day and a half but I’m feeling better now.  Yesterday I rode back from a far away errand and almost collapsed.  Lots of rest, hearty meals and Powerade have gotten me almost back to full perk.

The judges have been selected and tomorrow I’ll be posting bios so you can meet them all.  I also have a product review update on Ecover Dish Detergent and a post on meeting the head of the entire American Taekwondo Association (ATA) personally… or at least I watched Mr. Smith meet him personally which is like the same thing.  Finally I’ll be starting to share some of HEART Animal Rescue’s dogs in need in hopes that homes and help can be found.

For now I’ll be hitting the sack.  Tomorrow starts at 3:30 am and a 5 mile bike ride.  I’ve learned the hard way that when you physically tax yourself like this you absolutely cannot burn the candle from both ends.  I’m officially chastised and taking it easier.
