Happy Tarah’th of July!

Happy Fourth of July… but wait… there’s more!

To most Americans it means picnics, patriotism and parties.  To one special American tho it means she’s one year older.  I’d like to dedicate this blog post to Tarah Schaeffer, a sweet friend and my unofficially adopted daughter.

Tarah is one of the sweetest people I know.  She has a great sense of humor and a voracious appetite for books.  She loves small furry things and has the cutest voice… she sounds like an elf.

Today Tarah turns another year older, and I am grateful to count her among my closest friends.  She has the heart of a lion in the body of a kitten.  She’s small and cute but never under estimate the brilliant and brave personality that is Tarah.

Happy Birthday Tarah Schaeffer!  xox
