The SwagTastic iPod Return

If I said it had been busy lately I would be guilty of a major understatement.

Since last week I have been up to my eyeballs in house repairs, working, all sorts of legal flusterings, taking care of two houses, two dogs, four cats, three kids and one helpful husband.  I’m still desperately looking for a washing machine and a dining table – right now we all eat standing up in the kitchen since the breakfast bar is inhabited by laptops.

I’ve missed blogging the past week.  It seems like daily I’d find myself composing a post in my mind as I rushed from one place to another.  Those of you that I have connected with personally (Helen, Cindy, Sarah, Amy, Anita… to name a few xox) have become privy to my personal life more so than my physical friends – except those of you who are both ;p  To sum it up in a sentence; I’ve missed you.

Today I had a particularly exciting bit of news I had to share so it got me to carve a few blogging minutes from between a court visit and bulk dentist appointments.  For awhile I’ve been using the Swagbucks toolbar to rack up points I can exchange for Kindle books and Paypal cash, but today I had enough to get my older son the iPod Shuffle he wanted for his upcoming birthday. I am stoked, to say the least.  It’s what he wanted in the color he wanted (silver) and I didn’t have to pay a penny (which is awesome because those pennies have become pretty important!).  It was exciting enough news for me to rush and blog it.

Now that I’m back on the horse I’ll be back to daily blog posting… and I have a few built up!  Did you miss me?
